Standing as a larger-than-life landmark of Bourbon Country among the seemingly endless verdant landscape, this nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom property welcomes groups with distinct, refined Southern hospitality.
Featuring a homely feel both inside and out, thanks to the estate’s rustic, yet refined brick architecture, each space is both elevated and inviting. The lower level showcases an enormous recreation area, which boasts a custom granite and stone bar, full-sized pool table, shuffleboard table, poker and foosball tables, and a 20-seat movie theater.
Outside, you’ll find a custom 20x40 inground pool—the centerpiece of the estate grounds—that is open year round and electronically heated between 88-90 degrees. The nearby outdoor aquatic oasis features an eight-person Jacuzzi spa with custom jets heated to 102 degrees and an al fresco dining space for up to 30 guests.
